When the person starts really getting used to the everyday life in another country, especially, when it has such a different atmosphere from home, impacts and impressions change and become ordinary. During the last two weeks we tried all the time to move, travel around Turkey. We start to really understand the differences between different places, cities... East and West... The tourist season has already finished and We are asked all the time about our presence here in Turkey. We stay "yabancı" but people start to understand that we are here for something other than just tourism. There are places where we are already recognized and this is the way how it goes…"Gönüllü": from the heart, give... Our only goal for the moment is to discover this culture and thanks to this blog : we share.

Working here is not always easy, it can be our profession, our passion, our speciality, people and conditions are really different. We venture to say that the same job is not the same in one country to another (sometimes one company can be different from another!). Stay our own motivation, desire... But we should understand the different behaviours and habits at the same job.

Trying out as many things as we can helps us to create our opinion for example about the cuisine.

We continue to discover some incredible foods here, we can really feel the differences between different cities, the food is accommodated to the climate and the current season. Gaziantep is very unique thanks to the pistachio ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pistachio ), as Turkey is the third largest supplier in the world. Antep is also famous for its slender type of pistachios. But for all the cities you can find the speciality: Adana is famous for the mandarin or for the kebap, Mersin for the lemon and Şanlıurfa for çiğ köfte...
